The Village Break uses its website to learn what families need and to communicate with people who ask to hear about our planned opening. This notice explains how we intend to handle information submitted through the interest and contact forms.

How we use it

We may share grouped, non-identifying summaries with prospective lenders or funding partners to support business planning and financing applications. We do not give those partners your contact details or identifying individual responses. We will seek separate permission before publishing a family’s words as a testimonial or identifiable story.

Authorized team members and service providers supporting our website, data storage, and email may process information for these purposes. We do not sell contact information. We may disclose information if required by applicable law.

Information we collect

We collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email, optional phone number, city and ZIP code, children’s age groups, care preferences, schedule, budget responses, and comments. We also keep submission dates, permission choices, and email-confirmation status. Our website service providers may process basic technical information needed to deliver forms and help prevent misuse.

These forms are intended for adults. We do not ask for children’s names, exact birth dates, photographs, health records, or payment information. Please do not include these details in open-text responses.

What we share

We use responses to plan services, location, schedules, and pricing; manage the interest list; respond to inquiries; and contact people who have asked for opening updates or a follow-up conversation. A feedback-only submission does not sign you up for opening emails.

Your choices and retention

You may ask to correct your information, stop receiving updates, or have your interest-list information deleted by emailing contact@thevillagebreak.com. Opening emails will also include a way to unsubscribe. We review the information we hold and remove or de-identify it when it is no longer needed for these purposes, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations.
